Accessing Care in the U.S.
Integra Global utilizes the UnitedHealthcare Network. Plan 1 members have access to 5,200 hospitals and 650,000 health care professionals through the UnitedHealthcare Network.
All treatment in the U.S. must be pre-certified. Make sure your provider pre-certifies your medical treatment. Utilizing the UnitedHealthcare network simplifies your pre-certification process and claims filing. To find a UnitedHealthcare provider in your vicinity go to:

Please be sure to bring your membership card with you as it is contains valuable information for your provider to access the UnitedHealthcare network. Failure to provide this information could result in you paying the difference between the network rate and the providers normal charge

Overseas: Pre-certification
Pre-certificaton is required in all cases where covered medical services are to exceed USD $500. In addition, pre-certification is required for all In-patient hospitalization and out-patient surgery

Direct Billing
Utilizing our UnitedHealthcare Network inside North America takes care of claims filing and billing for you. For claims overseas we have many providers who have direct billing contracts. We can also arrange direct billing for hospital stays, out-patient surgery and expensive procedures that have been pre-certified.
